Vaughn Orange
Mr. Vaughn Orange holds a music education degree from St. Vincent’s College. He is a vastly experienced teacher of woodwinds, percussion, and brass. In his long career, he has taught in parochial and public schools, led church choirs, played professionally in many bands in the Pittsburgh area, marched with competition drum corps, performed in traveling church ministries, and played in the Westmoreland Symphony. When he taught in Pittsburgh Public Schools, Mr. Orange recruited almost 25% of the entire middle school in his band program, co-directed the All-City Band Festival, and helped direct the Brashear marching band. He has learned that for a child to succeed in music, he must encourage that child greatly and infectiously pass his passion for playing onto that child. Mr. Orange believes that music is food for the soul and that talent for music is a gift from God and should not be squandered. He truly looks forward to building up the brass, woodwind, and percussion departments here at Monroeville Music!
Sean Mucha
Sean has been a musician for most of his life, starting with choir and piano in early grade school and branching out into percussion and other instrument families through high school and college. He graduated from Baldwin Wallace University Conservatory of Music with a Bachelor’s in Music Education in 2019 and has been teaching in multiple schools from Toledo and Brunswick, Ohio to Braddock Hills and Montour schools here in Pennsylvania. Sean is looking forward to changing gears and focusing his teaching skills on one student at a time in piano, voice, percussion, and other instrumental lessons rather than larger groups, but he does hope to see Monroeville Music grow to include a choir and maybe even a band!
Kenny Stockard
Kenny’s love for music and his calling to be a musician was inspired by his grandpa. As a young boy, Kenny watched his grandfather lead worship at a small church in St. Louis, and he knew he wanted to use his voice to lift people’s hearts in the same way. Growing older and needing to become an adult though, Kenny was encouraged to pursue a safer career path. His life became college, his life became work, but his life didn’t become what he dreamed. In his 20s, Kenny couldn’t shake his calling any longer. He left the career he was told to pursue to chase after the one he truly wanted—being a full-time solo musician and making songs that help people seek the good in life

We’re proud to share what our clients have to say. These Google reviews are from real customers who’ve experienced our services firsthand.
Monroeville music is a wonderful activity for you and your little ones to do together! I took my daughter when she was 6months old until she went to school, and currently have my, almost, 2 and a half year old son enrolled for about a year now I think! It’s a comfortable, relaxed, fun atmosphere that is also educational! Ms. Megan does a great job at not only explaining some of the techniques she uses in class, but also the how/why your kiddo might respond the way they do! It’s awesome watching them catch on and learn the songs each week! I definitely recommend them for any age!
